The Polypropylene pleated filter cartridge or PP Filter Cartridge is constructed with a high surface area melt-blown polypropylene media for low initial pressure drop, high dirt holding capacity, and high-efficiency performance. It is an efficient membrane prefilter and can act as a final polishing filters for numerous fluid refining processes. Our filters cartridges are of absolute retention efficiency 99.98% (Beta 5000) and can be autoclaved/sanitized to meet stringent process requirements.
PP Pleated Filter Cartridge are constructed with heavy duty molded cage which enables it to withstand high differential pressure i.e. 75 psid @ 70 degree Fahrenheit. Our product possesses international certification for compliance in Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage applications i.e.USP Class VI, USFDA CFR Title 21, European Directive for Direct Food Contact etc.

Cleaning/Sanitization: Compatible with most common chemical cleaning, sanitizing and sterilizing agents and with pH range from 1–14. Consult factory for specific compatibility information. Cartridge will withstand hot water at 176°F (80°C) at 5 psid (0.35 bar) for 30 minutes.
Steam/Autoclave: Cartridges may be autoclaved for 30 minutes at 250 °F(121°C) under no end load conditions. Cartridges fitted with steam insert may be steamed for at least 10 thirty minute cycles @ 275°F (135°C) not to exceed 3 psid (0.21 bar).
